    Company Overview:

    Stier Supply Company, a prominent player in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Door Shop Production Line at our Distribution Center.

    Join us in crafting high-quality interior and exterior doors that enhance homes across the region.

    Position Summary:

    As a member of our Door Shop Production Line team, you will contribute to the creation of interior and exterior doors while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

    This entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn and develop assembly skills while producing doors to our exacting specifications.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Construct and frame interior and exterior doors according to specific requirements.
    • Execute basic assembly tasks in a collaborative team setting.
    • Utilize hand and power tools, including nail guns, saws, drills, and other equipment.
    • Familiarize yourself with various door materials and trims used in the manufacturing process.
    • Embrace training to excel in this entry-level position.

    • Maintain a history of reliable work attendance.

    Position Requirements


    Qualifications:

    • Preferred ability to operate a nail gun, though not required.
    • Capability to repetitively lift 50-75 lbs.
    • Previous experience on a manufacturing assembly line, meeting production targets.
    • Bonus points for familiarity with building, carpentry, or construction practices.
    • Strong time management and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
    • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
