ABA Clinic - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - _Hybrid/Flexible Schedule_**MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a passionate
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide, evaluate, and implement behavior therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of needs.

Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time openings available at our Stafford location
Hybrid/Flexible schedule

_Sign on bonus available for Full-Time BCBA opening

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related discipline
Current Texas license as LBA
Currently certified by the BACB as a BCBA
Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA preferred
new grads are welcomed to apply

Job Duties:

Observe patients and conduct behavior assessments
Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
Develop individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors
Monitor and evaluate client's progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
Train and supervise BT/RBTs
