Description
What are your responsibilities?
- Managing, advising, and expanding existing customers (Key Accounts) in the energy sector
- Independently designing, managing, and executing new customer projects with the involvement of internal and external resources (cross-functional)
- Coordinating the integration of new customers into the existing system landscape
- Achieving project goals, including time, quality, and cost management
- Assisting in the development of a dynamic organizational structure
What do you bring to the table?
- Completed technical education and/or a degree in business or engineering; state-recognized further education as a technician, master electrician, or equivalent, or extensive professional experience
- Ideally, knowledge of the energy industry/energy supply sector
- IT skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.))
- Excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills
- A hands-on mentality, goal-oriented thinking and acting, pragmatism, strong communication skills, teamwork, a strong focus on customer and quality orientation, and a willingness to take on responsibility
