  • You are responsible for the optimal planning and scheduling of local transportation in Summerville
  • You oversee the monitoring of deadlines and the allocation of tasks
  • You provide customer service for order acceptance and shipment inquiries
  • You monitor and coordinate transportation contractors/drivers
  • In communication with warehouse personnel, you organize the loading of swap bodies/trailers
  • You organize special trips and negotiate prices
What we expect:
  • You have ideally completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist or have a comparable commercial qualification
  • You have extensive experience in freight forwarding, ideally with previous experience in scheduling
  • You are passionate about scheduling and enjoy bringing your own ideas for optimization

  • Your strengths include a strong customer service orientation and a high level of commitment
