We are seeking a **Tax Manager** to join our collaborative and talented group of experienced tax professionals.
**As a Tax Manager, you will:**
+ Be responsible for successfully managing all aspects of the client service relationship and will strive to develop specific knowledge of the clients business and industry
+ Service middle market clients, but flex to work with clients of varying sizes
+ Manage the clients tax compliance needs
+ Anticipate tax and business issues, and also recognizing tax planning opportunities.
+ Train and develop less-experienced professional staff.
**What you bring to the role:**
+ Bachelors degree in Accounting. Master in Tax or LLM is preferred
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
+ Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience with at least 2 years of managerial experience
+ Strong background and understanding of pass-through entities
+ Experience with complex individual tax compliance and planning a plus
+ Background in estate tax planning and compliance a plus, but not required

The salary range for this position is $86,165-$155,100.
