    POSITION DUTIES

    The Office of Human Resources is searching for an energetic individual to serve as its Training and Development Administrator. The selected candidate will serve as training administrator for the agency's Learning Management System (LMS) and will be a facilitator for design, development and implementation of professional development training via eLearning and classroom training. The incumbent of this position will create, modify, provide and evaluate face-to-face and online training topics related to a wide variety of professional skills and leadership development. The selected candidate will also assess training gaps, coordinate and schedule training opportunities; provide follow-up tech and user support and will evaluate the efficacy of training provided. The Training and Development Coordinator will also gather Workday reports, analyze, organize and uncover business insights that may be requested by HR, EEO, or leadership team.\r

    eligible, must be in office on Wednesdays and one other day each week per\r
    schedule published.\r

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. \r
    Experience: Four years of administrative staff or professional work. \r

    Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year up to four years of the required experience. \r
    Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience. \r
    Candidates may substitute the possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience. \r
    Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer involving staff work related to the administration of rules, regulations, policy, procedures and processes, or overseeing or coordinating unit operations or functioning as a staff assistant to a higher ranking commissioned officer on a year-for- year basis for the required experience.\r

    ** For education obtained outside of the U.S., you will be required to provide proof of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service. If you possess a degree obtained outside of the United States, please submit a detailed, course-by-course evaluation report from one of the U.S. equivalency evaluating members identified at�\r

    DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following experience:\r
    \r
    \r
    \r
    \r
    Experience using Microsoft office- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook\r
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills\r
    Comfortable speaking before larger audiences\r
    Experience working with LMS software vendors and or curated content providers such as: Bridge,� Open Sesame, Skill Soft or Cornerstone\r
    Experience with software suites: Captivate, Articulate, Canva, Easygenerator�\r
    Experience leading webex based learning platforms such as Cisco, Ring Central, Zoom, Google, Teams\r
