Ennis 'Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Technical Operations Manager for a leading offshore wind farm in Hamburg. This is a full-time position.


The Role:


As the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for various projects that have a significant impact on the successful operation of the offshore wind farm.

Your main focus will be on coordinating and optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency.

Your tasks will include managing and monitoring contractual partners, planning and executing offshore works, and implementing improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall park performance.


Key Responsibilities:


As the Technical Operations Manager, you will have technical responsibility for the wind turbines (WTG) in the operations management team.

You will also be responsible for daily performance monitoring of the WTGs, including error diagnostics and analysis, as well as identifying solutions.

Additionally, you will manage subcontractors and supervise the execution of O&M contracts.

You will also coordinate and monitor operations, troubleshoot and maintain activities to ensure asset integrity and minimize downtime of the wind farm.

You will be responsible for planning and executing additional offshore projects, such as major component exchanges, improvement projects, and defect rectification campaigns (corrosion, paint repair).

You will also manage and coordinate technical projects across all project phases.
