Job Title:
Clinic Coordinator


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow
  • Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Greet patients and provide excellent customer service, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and documentation
  • Coordinate billing
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage
  • Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment
  • Help bring on new clients and get them set up working with us

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in administration is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a clinic setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and other staff members
  • Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical record software
  • Knowledge of testing terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and documentation
We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time or part time position with regular business hours.
