Commercial Clerk in Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d) part-time

Your responsibilities:


  • In your role as a clerk, you will be responsible for written and telephone collection of receivables from direct customers. The area of direct customers also includes the new field of drinking water billing.
  • Satisfied customers are an essential part of your successful work, which is why you handle all customer inquiries meticulously and purposefully.
  • As part of the team, you will also be responsible for error analysis, resolution, and testing support in the area of direct customers.
  • You will also support other departments in questions related to accounts receivable management for direct customers.
  • In addition, you may also be responsible for processing assignment declarations, garnishments, insolvencies, and applying for payment and enforcement orders.

Your qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • Ideally, you have extensive and detailed process knowledge in the area of accounting (collections/payment transactions) as well as the relevant legal regulations.
  • You have already gained good knowledge in working with SAP IS-U, especially in account balances and d
