To strengthen our team at the Ulm branch, we are looking for a full-time Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Restoration Technology department, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • Project management of restoration work for water and fire damage
  • Conducting damage assessments, evaluations, and inspections
  • Coordination of our restoration specialists and subcontractors
  • Scheduling work on construction sites
  • Monitoring and documenting progress of work

What we expect from you:

  • Completed vocational training with a focus on craftsmanship and/or technology, preferably in the construction industry
  • Practical experience in construction management
  • Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
  • Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
  • Teamwork and service orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office products
