Your Mission
- You will take on the operational and strategic leadership of the Global Treasury department
- Monitoring the administration of treasury strategies, operations, and policies will be part of your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for treasury operations, short-term investments, cash forecasting, borrowing, and managing our bank relationships
- You will develop and coordinate risk management strategies for currency and interest rate risks
- Monitoring liquidity management will also be within your scope of duties
- You will develop and oversee treasury reports for management
- You will develop the annual treasury budget
Your Talents
- Completed degree in finance or business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in international treasury preferred
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance, and taxes
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), SAP knowledge is desirable
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a focus on quality and service
- Independent, analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Fluent in German and English
