Your Responsibilities

  • Independent handling of all tasks in financial accounting, including posting and booking of ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger, and bank accounting
  • Proper execution of payment transactions
  • Reconciliation of accounts and subledgers with discrepancy resolution
  • Preparation and support of monthly reporting processes (VAT preregistration, etc.) and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Contract management and general secretarial tasks
Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, as well as professional experience in the finance sector
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good English and very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured individual who works independently, precisely, and proactively without sacrificing flexibility and resilience
  • Commitment, teamwork, high level of comprehension, and reliability
  • Exceptional customer and service orientation
