The Role:


As the Program Assistant, you will work collaboratively with a variety of teams and other Quality Improvement staff members to ensure that high quality service delivery standards are understood and met.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating important department quality initiatives including the organization of internal and external audit materials and processes, ensuring medical records integrity, and assisting with processes to safeguard client rights:

What we're looking for:


  • Experience in the field of health and human services as well as some formal education is preferred. Most important is your commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and determination to get things right the first time
  • Experience with administrative support, medical records, quality improvement or electronic health records is helpful
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job:
