Your tasks:


  • Central point of contact, advising branches on all marketing topics
  • Optimization of job postings on all relevant channels
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating social media campaigns
  • Creating messages, articles, and posts (text, image, video) for social networks
  • Coordinating social media tools and content plans
  • Optimizing and updating website, intranet, and Google listings
  • Market observation and targeted optimization of communication

Your profile:


  • First professional experience (e.g. as a junior or assistant) in marketing
  • Good knowledge of common social media platforms and tools
  • Excellent communication skills and "creative idea potential"
  • Experienced in creating and preparing posts/reels
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems, media management systems, SEO
  • Organizational talent, independence, and a desire to contribute your own ideas
