Job Summary:

The Beverage Production Agent will assist the Head of Beverage Manufacturing in all aspects of both still and carbonated beverage production and packaging.


Position Overview:


  • Be the lead for all beverage mixing, carbonation, and packaging.
  • Monitor ingredient and packaging inventory levels for beverage product.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment for beverage manufacturing.
  • Enter all Production Information into Biotrack traceability software.
  • Fill out Batch Production Records according to daytoday manufacturing.
  • Maintain excellent manufacturing workplace sanitation.
  • Examine manufactured products to ensure they meet all Quality Control standards.
  • Understand manufacturing recipes, Master Manufacturing Formulas, and Facility SOP's.
  • Adherence to GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Standards.
  • Weekly Check-Ins with Supervisor to ensure all tasks are covered and being executed on.

Job Requirements:


  • Experience with operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a can line is required.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work within a certified GMP environment Is required.
  • Previous experience working in a highly government regulated environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience operating brewery/winery/distillery or other beverage manufacturing equipment at scale is preferred.
  • Experience with CIP procedures and following SOP's is preferred.
  • Experience with maintaining regular inventories for ingredients and packaging materials is preferred.
  • Maintain Hygiene and appropriate PPE.
  • Willingness to jump into whatever work the day calls for.

  • Frequently required to sit; talk or hear and use hands to handle or touch objects or controls
  • Regularly required to stand and walk
  • On occasion, may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders
  • Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds and routinely lift 20 pounds

Compensation:
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience
