- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new business partners
- Cultivate long-term relationships with partners
- Conduct market research for partnership opportunities
- Attend partner meetings and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives
- Promote the organization to potential partners
- Engage in outreach activities using various tools and platforms
- Assist in onboarding new partners
- Stay updated on company initiatives and market trends
- Travel occasionally as required
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years experience in telecommunications/construction industry
- Familiarity with local subcontractor community
- Prior business development or sales experience preferred
- Strong goal-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to network and make cold calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and deadline-driven
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships
