We are the largest residential window cleaning company in Los Angeles and we are currently looking to fill a full time window cleaning position in our growing company.

This is a great opportunity to join our exceptional team of professionals in the home service industry who are on a mission to build America's largest residential window cleaning company.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be self motivated, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills.

You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Window Cleaning company.

Responsibilities:
(This list may not include all the duties assigned)

• To clean residential & storefront windows.
• To use a ladder to access and clean windows.
• To use extension poles and window cleaning tools to clean hard to access windows.
• To keep your window cleaning tools maintained.
• To keep your work van cleaned.
• To use a CRM to access & view client information.
• To collect payment from clients once the job is complete.
• To educate our clients on the additional services we offer.

Basic Position Requirements:


Abilities:

• Ability to work outside in any weather condition.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 28ft.
• Reliable and self motivated.
• Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary.
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
• Ability to relay information in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
