Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and instruction to swimmers of all ages
- Foster a secure and positive learning atmosphere
- Track and support each swimmer's individual progress
- Demonstrate correct stroke techniques
- Deliver instructions both in the water and classroom settings
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Happy Swims
- Contribute to team spirit, encourage teamwork, and exemplify leadership in our community
- Demonstrate eagerness to acquire new skills, work diligently, and enjoy the process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in swimming is a plus, though not mandatory
- Aptitude for working effectively with both children and adults in diverse scenarios
- Clear and articulate communication skills across all levels of staff
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Quick adaptability to learning new skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 4-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
Ability to Relocate:
- For candidates in North Bay Village, FL: Relocation before commencement of work (mandatory)
