Your Mission


The World of Warcraft Classic development team is seeking a full-time Game Producer to help us shape the future of Azeroth.

We need someone who can collaborate with an amazing team to turn our ambitious ideas into epic experiences for our players.


In this role, you will work closely with Designers, Engineers, and other Producers to establish timelines, track and balance workloads, and help our team maintain its commitment to quality across a series of significant World of Warcraft Classic projects.

This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.


What you bring to the table:

  • Support delivery of new releases, updates, and features for World of Warcraft Classic.
  • Contribute to high level schedule planning across all of our titles, and break down plans into tasks.
  • Facilitate communication, organization, risk management, and delivery for your areas of responsibility.
  • Own process improvement initiatives across our team to ensure consistent and repeatable attainment of our goals.

Minimum Requirements:


Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in game production.
  • 1+ years' experience using Agile software development practices.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Able to navigate the tradeoffs among scope, time, and resources.
  • Ability to build, track, and maintain project schedules.
  • Highly competent with Jira or other, similar project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Demonstrates good judgment.
  • Emotionally intelligent with a tendency to treat other people with respect and empathy.

Extra Points

  • Experience working with developers of every major discipline.
  • Experience working in a codevelopment and/or outsourcing environment.
  • Experience working on an MMO, freetoplay, or other live service game.
