Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d):

Your tasks:


  • Independent management of national and international operational daily business:
  • Quotation management
  • Maintenance of master data for new and existing customers
  • Creation of new items and price maintenance
  • Communication and exchange with customers
  • Interface function in the leadtoorder process
  • Preparation of reports, price tables and condition overviews
  • Maintenance and monitoring of electronic invoice dispatch
  • Determination and creation of commission and bonus credits
  • Contribution to the further development of processes, including participation in projects

You bring with you:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in sales, service or customer care desirable
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Conscientious, structured and solutionoriented way of working
  • Attention to detail, flexibility and initiative
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of modern CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
