We are looking for support for our top-notch Real Estate M&A team in the area of Knowledge Management at our locations in Berlin, Frankfurt or Hamburg.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a wellestablished Knowledge Management team with two scientific employees in Hamburg
Developing best practice knowledge in the field of Real Estate M&A in Germany
Analyzing relevant legislative processes and case law and creating newsletters
Conceptualizing and preparing conferences and training events
Identifying current legal topics and trends for business development initiatives and preparing client briefings
Developing Legal Tech applications in collaboration with the Freshfields Lab in Berlin
Collaborating with associates and partners from the client work and knowledge departments on a national and global level
Utilizing and developing our knowhow databases
Maintaining our inhouse database and updating template documents

Your profile:

You have completed your legal studies with aboveaverage grades and have experience as a lawyer in a major law firm
You have excellent English skills
You enjoy leading a young team
You have a passion for Legal Tech
