An opportunity exists to join our dynamic organization as
Manager, Financial Systems, as a business lead for the modernization and implementation of SAP's S/4HANA.

You Will Do

Analyzes complex data and system configurations, assesses risks, and develops strategies to support accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

This role champions and balances the needs of the finance community while collaborating closely with the technology team providing specialist knowledge of the finance systems and processes, and accounting policies.

This manager possesses expert functional / technical knowledge of SAP and operates with a customer
- centric focus.

Responsibilities:

Working closely and in collaboration with the Disney Finance organization and Enterprise Technology and business partners to facilitate the successful implementation of S/4HANA, a new consolidation software, and modernized finance reporting solutions
Collaborate to develop and implement strategies to address finance needs, collect data and analyze implications, and define and document agreed upon finance functional requirements, enduser system procedures, and business process flows
Connect the functional processes and priorities to the greater organizational goals
Use your functional expertise and deep knowledge of SAP to develop solutions to system issues
Develop testing strategies, coordinate and participate in finance related testing efforts for system implementations, improvements and modifications
Promote continuous improvement
Exercise critical thinking, problem solving and analytical capabilities with attention to detail

Required Qualifications & Skills

5+ years w/ ERP systems
Deep knowledge of SAP accounting solutions and 3+ years of accounting and/or finance experience in a complex, large organization
Proven history to showcase your accomplishments and capabilities related to your role on an enterprisewide financial system program
Ability to navigate complex issues; not afraid to grapple with the unknown and be innovative
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, and ability to us datadriven insights to inform your decisions
Ability to identify and mitigate risks to financial processes
You deliver excellence and take pride in working collaboratively with strong teams
Superb communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to deliver results and thrive in a fastpaced environment

Education
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

Preferred Education
Graduate Degree - Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (e.g., MAC, MBA, MIS)
