We are looking for a dedicated assistant to support our agency manager in Graysville, AL. You will be part of the local agency team and employed by the agency manager.


Your future tasks:

  • Organizing and administering the agency and its affiliated branches
  • Supporting the sales representatives in the field
  • Customer service and sales support

What we are looking for:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as an insurance specialist or insurance and finance clerk
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Customerfriendly and strong communication skills

Type of position:
Full-time, part-time, permanent


Working hours:
30 per week


Salary:
€2, €3,000.00 per month


Working hours:

  • No weekends
  • Monday to Friday
