- Provide ADL care to a male client with Multiple Sclerosis on the Southeast Side of Chicago. For this client, you would provide 1 on 1 support, in the home of the client, that would include the following:
- Basic household duties (laundry, light housekeeping)
- meal preparation/cooking
- medication reminders
- balance assistance
- support with grooming
- dressing
- personal care (bathing, toileting, as well as incontinent care (as needed))
- companionship
- activities within the client's capabilities
- run personal errands.
- The use of a Gait Belt and/or a Hoyer Lift will be used for all transfer.
- 24/7 On Call Support with a live person to talk to when you call
- Base hourly wage for this job opportunity is $19.00/hr
- Paid Time Off Accumulated
- Time and a half pay on special Holidays worked

- Must be Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds minimum
- Must submit to criminal background check and IDPH fingerprint check
- Must have Reliable transportation - Public Or Vehicle *Company does not provide transportation
- Must be able to provide unexpired documents for Background check, Federal I9, E-verify, and Payroll purposes.
- Must be able to use technology such as access to a company mobile app and mobile website while on shift.
