    Description
    Hotel Housekeeping Attendant Position:

    As a Hotel Housekeeping Attendant, your main role will focus on enhancing each guest's stay by maintaining immaculately clean hotel facilities and outlets, as well as providing exceptionally warm customer service to all guests. Your objective is to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold product quality in alignment with the Company and Brand standards. You will be responsible for identifying and promptly reporting any maintenance issues in public areas, common spaces, or guest rooms to the maintenance team while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Adhere to Platinum Management Services, LLC. and Brand-specific guidelines.
    • Compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations concerning the property, guests, and colleagues.
    • Follow safety and emergency protocols and procedures, including evacuations and first aid.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in all housekeeping and guest service tasks.
    • Empty linen and trash from room attendant carts.
    • Effectively greet guests with friendliness and courtesy.
    • Thoroughly clean and maintain assigned areas according to Company and Brand standards.
    • Assist in turning mattresses and moving furniture under supervisor's directives.
    • Clean public elevators and restrooms meticulously.
    • Procure amenities and supplies for room attendants as needed.
    • Dispose of trash in designated areas.
    • Polish furniture, fixtures, glass, and window frames to upkeep appearance.
    • Vacuum, sweep, and mop various areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
    • Monitor and manage supplies and amenities while minimizing waste in public spaces.
    • Ensure security of equipment, keys, and supplies provided daily.
    • Report lost items and unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company operations, including financial, personnel, and guest information.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard consistently.
    • Adherence to uniform guidelines as per Company and Brand regulations.
    • Proficiency in English; bilingualism is advantageous.
    • Flexible work schedule.
    • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
    • Physically able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds independently.
    • Willingness to assist other departments when required.
    • Completion of Company and Brand training programs.
    • Ability to excel in a dynamic team environment.
    • Display an outgoing and friendly demeanor.
    • Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred.
    • Preferably possess a High School Diploma.
