Your tasks as a:


  • You provide competent, comprehensive and individual advice to customers on site in all areas of internet, landline and mobile products
  • You handle complaints and provide solutions
  • You conduct sales conversations about the various products and services and help customers find the right products for their needs
  • You process customer orders and handle data maintenance
  • You participate in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns
