Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Eligibility Specialist to join our team.

As an Eligibility Specialist, you will play a crucial role in verifying and determining the eligibility of individuals for various programs and services.

This position requires strong administrative skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and experience working in a medical office or dental office setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with applicants to gather necessary information
Verify documentation and ensure accuracy of information provided
Determine eligibility based on program guidelines and regulations
Maintain accurate records of applicant information and eligibility determinations
Collaborate with other team members to resolve any eligibilityrelated issues
Provide excellent customer service to applicants, answering questions and addressing concerns

Skills:

Experience working in a dental office, medical office, or similar healthcare setting
Proficient in medical administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to understand complex healthcare information
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review documents for eligibility determination
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain eligibility requirements clearly to applicants
