Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team.

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and supporting the medical staff.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient examinations, performing basic medical procedures, and providing administrative support.


Duties:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Obtain and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
• Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine analysis and blood glucose monitoring
• Prepare patients for Xrays and other diagnostic tests
• Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and processing insurance claims
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment
• Educate patients on selfcare techniques and medication instructions
• Assist with patient service activities, such as answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification
• Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Experience with medication administration
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare providers
• Filing Charts and preparing for days schedule
