Sayre offers 2 daylight shifts to choose from: hour days (Monday - Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM)

OR - 8 hour days (Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM)

Cutting/Laminating Team Lead


DEPARTMENT:

REPORTS TO:
Cut/Laminate Supervisor


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Department Supervisor to ensure key department objectives

Work with Department Supervisor to meet departmental goals regarding safety, quality, and timeliness

Assist Department Supervisor with responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies

Support lean manufacturing by maintaining a clean and organized department, per 5S audits and requirements

Assist Department Supervisor with assigning duties

Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and the quality of items produced

Analyze and resolve work problems. Assist workers in resolving work problems

Knowledge of product types and their proper construction

Ability to properly use cutting and/or laminating equipment

Ability to use the PVC Patch machine and utilize it's processes

Ability to operate and comprehend material cutting procedures

Ability to recognize, diagnose and correct problems with production items

Performs other related duties as assigned by management
