Are you a skilled organizer with an eye for detail? As a Tender Manager, you will be the central point of contact in our team when it comes to creating offers that impress our clients.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and managing tenders for sea and air freight (existing clients and new business)
Reviewing tender documents and extracting relevant requirements
Distributing relevant documents and coordinating with all necessary departments and countries
Setting internal deadlines and providing internal work files for calculations
Collecting feedback and creating master/bid files
Providing the complete bid package to the account owner for final handover to the client
Conducting postanalysis and continuously improving the process

Requirements:

Degree in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Management or a comparable qualification
Ideally, experience in tender processing for sea and air freight
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant office applications
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Strong organizational skills, structured work approach, and assertiveness.
