    Warehouse Operations Manager


    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team.

    The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

    This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily warehouse operations, assembly, production, machine shop, and inventory management
    • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
    • PM (Preventative Maintenance) management for all machinery.
    • Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance
    • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by establishing and enforcing safety procedures and protocols
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment
    • Analyze warehouse performance data and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, ie Yolo Air, OSHA. HAZMAT

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on operations and inventory control
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
    • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
