KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Supply Chain Support Center Associate in Hayward, California.

Essential Functions:
Answers and processes telephone calls and interacts with customers, both, professionally and courteously.
Deciphers information for data input into computer software applications.
Contacts appropriate individuals and relays pertinent information and/or instructionsMaintains department records and files.
Problem-solves and ensures the delivery of customer satisfaction at all times.
Discusses concerns and/or tasks with the Supply Chain leadership and co-workers.
Keeps abreast of changes in policies and procedures.

Uses Lawson and other reports to extract and analyze inventory data to help with efficient and effective inventory management and root cause analysis.

Reviews demand patterns and inventory, turns in asset inventories based on walk-up, spot check, and inventory transactions Compiles reports to assist Inventory Control Coordinators to establish optimum Periodic Automated Replenishment (PAR) levels for asset and expense supply locations.

Develops reports concerning asset locations utilization and metrics to report on daily, weekly, & monthly.
Monitors all inventory issues and ensures effective resolution.

Identifies products impacted by disruptions via Fill/Kill Report, Pro-Active Back-Order Report, MFG/Vendor notifications, market intelligence, resiliency technology tools (SRS, Resilinc).Adds updates and actions performed to the Shortages Work List (SWL) notes.

Works with vendors and distributors as needed.
Collaborates with on-site logistics to ensure product provided meets customer needs.

Processes all paperwork pertinent to applicable dutiesResponds to patient and non-patient emergencies, according to policies and procedures and job requirements.

Details:
High school diploma or GED EquivalentCertified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP), desirableMinimum typing skills of (40 WPM with 95% accuracy)Must have substantial knowledge of hospital peri-operative inventory control Must have the ability to maintain a constructive working relationship with administration, surgeons, staff, support services, vendors, logistics and purchasingStrong knowledge and experience in understanding needs and verbiage of clinical and non-clinical staffKnowledge of inventory control/management practices, techniques, and systems Skill in performing proficient data entry and computer skills for entering, accessing, utilizing, and maintaining related information in a variety of software applicationsAbility to work efficiently, effectively, under the pressure of tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and qualityAbility to promote a positive work environment by practicing good communication, diversity awareness and teamworkAbility to state the hospital and departmental mission statements and understand how they participate and contribute to them Ability to perform all duties in a safe manner, while in compliance with safety and infection prevention policies, procedures, and guidelines for self, patients, visitors, and employeesAbility to maintain all work and break areas in a neat, clean, and organized condition
