What are your main tasks?

  • Management of simple and complex construction projects up to 6 million euros in commercially used federal properties, partly in cooperation with third parties (freelancers/FbT office) in coordination with the team leader and commercial property management
  • Independent processing of all construction-related trades
  • Management and technical supervision of freelancers
  • Execution or support in the creation of cost estimates, construction and tender documents
  • Initiation of/participation in procurement decisions
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses, determining necessary budgets
  • Construction-related assessment of tenant-owned renovation projects
  • Review of contracts, offers, invoices

What do we expect?

  • Qualification:
  • Completed (technical) university degree (diploma [FH]/bachelor) in architecture or civil engineering

Expertise:

  • Relevant professional experience in public construction law and procurement law
  • Thorough knowledge of the HOAI (fee structure for architects and engineers) as well as experience in construction and project management, especially in historic preservation projects
  • Practical experience in handling construction projects of different trades
