We are looking for a Receptionist for our central warehouse (m/f/d) to support us in both the warehouse and office.

Responsibilities:


  • Warmly welcoming and providing customer service
  • Data entry of customer information
  • Organizational support for the warehouse office
  • Telephone service and friendly call handling
  • Accurate appointment scheduling and coordination for sales
  • Seamless communication with sales, warehouse staff, and office administration
  • Careful data processing and maintenance using Excel and Word
