- Manage MS Outlook calendar and emails for a Senior Attorney
- Provide administrative and document support as assigned.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and ensure they are scheduled for each attorney and client as needed.
- Ensure effective and timely document processing and communicate deadlines to attorneys.
- Create reports, briefs, compose documents/correspondence, and proofread documents.
- Conduct e-filing via New Mexico and Federal Court Systems.
- Create and maintain legal files and contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with superior proofreading abilities.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, and calendaring programs.
- E-filing experience in state and federal courts in New Mexico.
- Working knowledge of creating and editing legal documents.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a legal support position.

We're in search of a Legal Secretary who possesses experience in civil litigation to assist a Senior Attorney in overseeing a range of legal duties.
This position entails managing correspondence, motions, briefs, summaries, dictations, transcriptions, e-filing, and organizing a BUSY Outlook calendar.
