iBanFirst is seeking a talented German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Mansura, LA. This position can be based in Rotterdam, Brussels, Antwerp, Dusseldorf, Munich, Paris, or London.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our Business Teams in your region, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.


What you will do

  • Manage the recruitment process for GotoMarket (Sales, CSM, Marketing) positions and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing to making job offers.
  • Attract and identify the best candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Maintain an uptodate database.
  • Create and maintain talent pools.
  • Participate in various HR projects, such as recruitment events, university relationships, employer branding, and referral programs.

What do you bring?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong recruitment experience in a fastgrowing startup/scaleup environment or agency.
  • Headhunter mindset.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Excellent analytical, listening, and communication skills.
  • Organized and detailoriented.
  • Team player.
