Ground Cleaner

Schedule:
Saturday 3:00pm 7:00pm

Job Summary:
The Parking and Ground Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in parking areas and surrounding grounds. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for patrons' visitors. And other dirty assignments by supervisor.

Parking Area Cleaning:

Sweeping and/or using mechanical sweepers to clean parking lots, removing debris, trash, and litter.
Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners as needed.
Pressure washing or hosing down surfaces to remove dirt, stains, and spills.
Clearing snow and ice during inclement weather conditions.
Inspecting parking areas for any hazards or maintenance issues and reporting them to supervisors.

Grounds Maintenance:

Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in pedestrian walkways, sidewalks, and common areas.
Removing weeds, trimming grass, and pruning shrubs in landscaped areas.
Emptying and cleaning ashtrays and cigarette disposal units.
Assisting with the setup and takedown of temporary structures or equipment for events held in parking or outdoor areas.
