Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients either in person or over the phone
• Reviewing client accounts and transactions
• Maintain and provide privacy and security with client accounts
• Troubleshooting with client on electronic banking products we offer which includes: internet banking, mobile banking, bill pay, debit card assistance and etc.
• Scan work for image branch capture
• Record keeping
• Prevention of fraud

Experience:

• Requires high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Previous banking experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal skills are necessary
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple requests on a daily basis is necessary
• Understand basic math computations for balancing
• Effective business telephone etiquette (promptness, professionalism, politeness, proactive and personable)

This position will have frequent access to confidential customer information. Tasks are performed in an office setting and require the ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

$ $18.00 per hour
