Surge Fitness Center is a 25,000 square foot full-service fitness center located at 117 Washington Avenue in North Haven. We are looking for a
friendly, upbeat, reliable individual to join our Front Desk team


Hours per week: 9+


Tentative Shifts:4:00pm - 9:15pm Thursdays & 8:00am - 12:00pm Saturdays + subbing opportunities


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all Surge members when they enter and exit
• Give tours of the facility and sign up new members
• Address the needs and questions of our members in person and over the phone
• Use our computer system daily to complete various tasks
• Participate in the cleaning and tidying of our facility

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Extremely friendly and upbeat
• Always punctual and reliable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
