Our facilities are equipped to provide our customers with exceptional engineering, machining, welding, fabrication and machine assembly and disassembly capabilities.

Job DescriptionAbout the roleSet-up, program and operate and machine parts per specified tolerance on CNC lathes and/or millsAnalyze design data of part to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, machine speeds and feed rates, according to knowledge of machine shop processes, part specifications, and machine capabilitiesDetermine reference points and direction of machine cutting pathsComputes angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part.

Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standardsUse of overhead cranes to set up material on machines.

QualificationsEducation, qualifications and certificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, technical training and certifications a plusExperienceThree
