We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team and help us keep track of our accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

Check customer's credit
Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections
Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts
Keep customers on track for payments
Monitor customer account details for nonpayments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Reconcile invoices and payments
Provide support to the accounting team as required

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role in Accounting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Detailoriented and highly organized
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay range:
$19 - $23 per hour
