For our location in Eleele, HI, we are currently seeking a full-time (permanent) Lab Coordination / Testing Supervisor.


Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinating, assigning, and supervising laboratory work in collaboration with the Customer Service team
  • Monitoring quality assurance measures and work in the laboratory
  • Introducing new laboratory methods and equipment, including training laboratory staff
  • Continuously improving workstations in terms of safety, quality, and automation
  • Supporting the Customer Service team in creating laboratory orders according to customer requirements

Your profile:

  • Completed education or degree in chemistry
  • Experience in supervising and training employees
  • Experience with laboratory information and management systems
  • Professional experience in the petrochemical industry is an advantage
  • Indepth knowledge of fuel and combustion analysis is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and technical understanding
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
