Position: Head of Sales
Location: North Chicago, USA / Remote
Salary: $280,000 (USD) OTE
Job Description:
Our client, a venture capital-backed startup that provides AI solutions to enterprise clients, is seeking a Head of Sales with experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies in the DACH and EMEA markets. The primary responsibility of this role is to use your expertise in AI and B2B SaaS sales to lead our sales team to achieve remarkable success. Your proven track record in scaling startups will be crucial in driving revenue growth, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and aligning our sales strategy with our company's vision.
Sales Strategy:
Lead the transformation of our sales process from founder-led to a scalable execution plan for the entire sales organization.
Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy.
Recruit and manage top-tier talent to consistently meet sales targets.
Foster a culture of high performance within the sales team.
