- Review and conduct analysis, pricing and risk assessment to estimate and drive optimal vendor financial outcomes.
- This Senior Actuary position requiresa minimum of an ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) credential, a bachelor's degree, and a min. of 7+ years of actuarial experience. If you have an FSA and a bachelor's degree, you'll need a minimum of 5+ years actuarial experience.
- Apply knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, actuarial science, principles of finance and business to assess vendor financial outcomes
- Structure, guide or provide recommendations on analysis needed to assess vendor value prop, evaluate the financial impact of vendor contractual terms, vendor performance and provide actuarial support to negotiation settlement.
- Collaborate with partner teams to design or improve vendor solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 7+ years of actuarial experience and Associate in Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification
- OR, 5+ years of actuarial experience and Fellow in Society of Actuaries (FSA) certification.
- Fellow or Associate in Society of Actuaries (or equivalent international certification); Member of American Academy of Actuaries (or equivalent international membership).
- Health care actuary that has experience in Medicare, Medicaid or ACA line of business
- Has exposure to external vendors (vs. strictly in-house actuarial work)
- Has experience reviewing vendor contracts and financial performance

Pay Range: $129, $239,300.00 per year
