- time Human Resources Generalist**Possesses 2+ years of experience in human resource management


Responsibilities to include:

Managing the on boarding of new employees

Managing employee benefit time

Insuring documentation of all HR functions such as up-to-date background checks, I-9 compliance and records, personnel contracts, salary and compensation records

Annually reviewing and negotiating all benefit programs of the school

Responding to employee questions or problems in health, dental, or other benefit programs

Overseeing and responding as required to government agencies in respect of benefit plans and other HR compliance requests including unemployment compensation

Overseeing workers' comp and unemployment benefit claims

Undertaking annual workers' comp audit

Assisting the Head of School with decisions regarding salaries and benefits for all personnel

Drafting contracts as necessary for "contract employees"

Insuring vendors meet legal requirements with respect to interaction with students

Reporting directly to the Head of School
