    Description

    As Support Staff (Food Runner, Busser), a typical day might include the following:Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and providing them with fast, friendly serviceFilling water glasses and providing guests with all required utensils and tablewareAccurately transporting food from the kitchen to the correct table and guestAssisting servers in all aspect of the guest experienceClearing and resetting tables in a timely mannerAssisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayMonitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to company guidelinesPromoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional mannerWorking well with others as you will be working with other support, servers, bartenders, hosts and managementMaintaining a clean and stocked work areaOther duties as assignedRequirementsThis job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:At least 1 year previous experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurantA neat and professional appearanceAbility to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public and co-workersAbility to demonstrate teamwork with other staff membersStrong work ethicPhysical Demands / Work Environment / HoursThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
