- Support BMC Remedy operations and maintenance projects.
- Troubleshoot incidents and problems with the Remedy System as needed.
- Perform foundation data updates following established procedures.
- Perform patching and deployments.
- Support the implementation of system enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience
- Hand-on experience supporting Remedy development and/or administration
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification preferred
- BMC Certified Associate (Remedy/Helix) preferred
