    Distribution Center Supervisor

    Implement a new quality control system to ensure all standards are sustained in the Distribution Center.

    About The Role

    • Responsible for overseeing the performance, safety, and quality of the Outbound or Inbound departments
    • Develop staffing models to efficiently allocate labor and achieve production goals
    • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and solve problems effectively
    • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing standards and procedures
    • Experience in a fastpaced fulfillment environment with at least 3 years of relevant experience
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team of 50+ employees in a timesensitive environment
    • Strong analytical skills with a datadriven decisionmaking approach
    • Knowledge of Lean, JIT, and 5S principles is a plus
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to work with crossfunctional teams
