Job Title: Controller
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $90k-$110k Base
Job Type: Full Time

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate 5+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Full cycle accounting experience (Able to lead month end close, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.)
Hospitality industry experience (preferred/not required)
Strong work ethic and drive to learn

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead daily responsibilities of accounting team such as tasks related month-end (preparing journal entries and reconciliations)
Assemble financial reports (P+L & Balance Sheets) monthly
Prepare detailed financial analysis including variance analysis (actuals-to-budget) for senior leadership
Assist in annual budgeting process, monthly/quarterly forecasting, as well as strategic financial analysis for senior leadership (Ex. Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Continually review accounting/reporting procedures and policies for the company with the goal of being a subject-matter-expert to better support the organization
Identify areas in need of process improvement and present findings/solutions to senior leaders
Handle ad hoc requests in a timely manner
