About the Role


The 3DE Model Implementation Coordinator acts as the model expert on the ground in our schools leading the localized implementation of the 3DE model, guiding school growth and maturity through strategic action planning, and partnering with a collaborative team to support the integration of 3DE's instructional model within the school.

Role Overview


As the 3DE Model Implementation Coordinator, you'll be the key leader for 3DE model implementation, ensuring fidelity and school maturity.

Your role involves collaborating with school leadership, 3DE teachers, and 3DE/Junior Achievement staff to establish and refine 3DE's Critical Enabling Structures and Systems.

This includes creating a four-year course progression, developing a cohort scheduling strategy, and driving student outreach to meet enrollment goals.

Additionally, you'll partner with school administration and the JA Account Manager to confirm logístical details and oversee on-site activities for administrators, teachers, business professionals, and students.

Your responsibilities also encompass establishing collaborative interdisciplinary PLCs, monitoring launch class effectiveness, utilizing data for decision-making, completing 3DE evaluative surveys and maintaining accurate roster data.

Finally, your role extends to fostering a community culture among 3DE teachers and students.

You'll employ coaching and change management strategies for leadership development while building collaborative relationships with school administration and key leaders in the school building.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
  • High school classroom teaching experience, minimum of 3 years; 5 years of high school classroom teaching experience preferred (comparable nonprofit experience with program/project management or change management training is also acceptable)
  • Leadership experience (Department Chair, Program Manager, Lead Teacher, etc.)
  • Proven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in the implementation of change management strategies
  • Strong organization and time management skills with a proven ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Highly skilled in coaching and providing feedback to a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and Elearning technologies

  • Salary Range: $55,000$85,000; commensurate with experience
